Soy Skin Products

A natural sunscreen made from soy was developed by chemists from the Agricultural Research Service. Joe Laszlo and Dave Compton initially made SoyScreen, which led to the development of other cosmetic products that uses natural ingredients which is called “skincare bio-lipid actives”

The company iSoy Technologies Corporation of Cary, III launched these cosmetic ingredients, and has developed more of these elements that are used by cosmetic companies. Some of these are ferulic soy glycerides, which is included in a product that prevents wrinkles; soy oil and ferulic acid to make sunscreens, and other ingredients for soaps, cleansers and hair care products.
