DMAE – A Fishy Tale

The substance Dimethylaminoethanol or DMAE for the rest of us, is a naturally occurring substance produced by the brain and is also referred to as a sort of “Brain Food”, present in fish and other sea bound creatures. The compound has the ability to induce the production of acetylcholine that allows proper brain function keeping the brain young and the body active.
